Early in the morning, the common area was REALLY cold!! Avery doesn't stand a chance at Jay's burns. And the rain goes on! Father Dan led Eucharist. Jello Snarf time! This was the second biggest event of today! Beth is gonna win, I bet. And I was totally right!!! She won by a split second, close 2nd was Quinniner! (Editor Comment: The official results were a dead tie after review of the videotape.)
The first biggest event was the dance!! The dance is going to be a beast!! Matt is gonna be the sweetest dancer on the floor. But before we got to party the night away, we had a meeting and not a very friendly one. It was called because a few people decided to bend the rules one too many times. The amount of silence that was in the meeting was really scary. No one spoke for a good 2 minutes. But after the meeting, the best was yet to come. At first the music was kind of sucky, but that all changed when Matt gave his iPod to the DJ aka Nick. So Matt is a pretty sweet dude, right? The party was awesome after that. During the dance, the room was so hot that people were sweating like crazy & walking in and out of the dance room, We even got Jay to dance to "Stayin' Alive". It was the best part of the night.
